Cedar Valley TechWorks facility is a 600,000 sq. ft.building development in the heart of downtown Waterloo.

The primary focus of TechWorks Campus is Advanced Manufacturing and it is home to the Midwest’s only Additive 3D Manufacturing Center and Design Labs.

TechWorks Campus is part of the Waterloo Reinvestment District #1, a mixed use project that includes the John Deere Tractor and Engine Museum, business incuba- tor, light manufacturing space, research and development space, training and education facilities, inno- vation centers, hotel, restaurants, commercial/office space, and a marina. The District will serve as a destination for visitors, workers, and business suppliers and customers.

The TechWorks is surrounded by two and three acre parcels that would be available for those who desire a stand alone building while maintaining immediate access to the TechWorks' resources.
